Helen Ho is a Sydney-based Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about how exercise can help people to improve their health.

Helen has extensive experience working with people with intellectual disabilities across a wide range of ages. Up until it's closure in 2017, Helen worked as an Exercise Physiologist at Ageing, Disability and Home Care's (ADHC) Metro Residences. This involved coordinating the Balance Clinic, conducting exercise assessments and advocating for residents as they transitioned onto the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Helen is also part of the paediatric weight management service with the Specialist Disability Health Team in Fairfield.

Seniors and Falls
Helen has also worked at two private rehabilitation hospitals in Sydney and has enabled many seniors to regain fitness and function following surgery. She also facilitates Stepping On, a falls prevention program funded by Western Sydney Local Health District.
